Parkshire Trust is not a lender and does not make loan decisions. All lending decisions are made by our lender partners.

6. Fees and Payments

There is no fee to submit an application or receive term sheets through our platform. Fees may apply when you proceed with a loan, including:

  • Origination fees
  • Processing fees
  • Third-party fees (appraisal, title, etc.)

All applicable fees will be disclosed in writing before you commit to a loan.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Parkshire Trust or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

We do not guarantee that you will receive loan offers or approval. Loan decisions are made solely by our lender partners based on their own criteria.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARKSHIRE TRUST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parkshire Trust, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
